This the Sky Tower, Tried some night shots of this - will have to wait for developing of those shots to see if they came out how I wanted!

Well actually its part of a complex of buildings, the others are a lot smaller. But it only contains a viewing deck and a restaurant, and is bristled with comunications stuff at the top due to its height. The other buildings to which it is a part contain a casino and various other food outlets and a movie theatre.
But I think the tower itself is really more for looks over practicality!!
